📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments including pressure gauges, flow meters, and temperature sensors.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and implement corrective actions to restore normal operation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and improve overall efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and instrument calibrations in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of maintenance processes.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and calibration.
• Certification in industrial instrumentation (e.g., ISA Certified Automation Professional) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and HMI.
• Familiarity with calibration procedures and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
