📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify international cash applications using systems like SWIFT and SEPA.
• Maintain and update transaction records in our proprietary financial management system.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and optimize processes.
• Monitor transaction trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international cash management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international cash management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, including AML and KYC requirements.
• Experience with financial management systems and tools such as SWIFT and SEPA.
