📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales and marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
