As an HR Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection of top talent for various roles within the company. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the company
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings
• Screen and shortlist candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable or Greenhouse
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the HR Department Head for final interviews
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and update the company's candidate database
• Provide administrative support to the HR Department Head
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable or Greenhouse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
