In this role, you’ll be behind the bar daily, creating signature cocktails, mocktails, and beer selections that complement our Korean-inspired menu. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure every drink is a masterpiece, while your hospitality skills will ensure our guests feel welcome and well-cared for.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, mocktails, and beers using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients.
• Ensure a well-stocked and organized bar, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Recommend and suggest drink pairings to complement our Korean-inspired dishes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Manage bar inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless drink and food pairings.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, with the ability to recommend and suggest drink pairings.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the culinary arts, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
