📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in product demonstrations and customer consultations, showcasing Honda vehicles and explaining their features.
• Support sales team members in negotiations and closing deals, learning best practices for customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce, our primary CRM tool.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales, customer service, and technical knowledge.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure the dealership is well-stocked with Honda vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Learn and utilize Honda’s proprietary sales tools and software to streamline the sales process.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss sales strategies and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and learn from experienced professionals.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow into a successful sales professional.
• Willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
