📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in emergency management, safety training, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency response training and instruction, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Certification in emergency response training, such as Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including OSHA, NFPA, and local emergency response guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and instruct a diverse range of participants.
• Proficient in using training management software, such as LearnDash, Moodle, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
