📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate performance.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking systems to monitor recruitment metrics and performance.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to foster a strong talent pipeline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
