📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and billing.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about spa services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and manage the front desk cash register.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the spa.
  • Enforce spa policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Promote and upsell spa services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
