📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
