Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
