The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain a strong network of professional contacts to source candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
