📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values.,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
