📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach hip hop dance classes to students aged 5 to 18, focusing on technique, creativity, and performance.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and student learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Organize and participate in dance performances, workshops, and events to showcase student talent.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dance, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching hip hop dance to students aged 5 to 18.
• Certification in hip hop dance from a recognized institution (e.g., IDTA, ISTD).
• Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual classes and Google Classroom for student management.
