Operations Manager - Logistics & Manufacturing

The Rigging Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our logistics and manufacturing operations in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the logistics and manufacturing departments.
• Manage and optimize warehouse inventory using SAP and JDA systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and JDA systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
