Mechanical/Electrical (MEP) Technician

Roda Nurmala is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical/Electrical (MEP) Technician to join our facilities management team in Jakarta Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures to ensure minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of system performance.
• Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting to address urgent issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems (e.g., NATE, EI, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
