📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and reordering.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and regulations.,Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
