📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Conduct site inspections and review construction drawings to ensure structural integrity.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices in the team.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization.,Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading projects.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
