YIELD Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. If you are passionate about technology and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Good understanding of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network configuration and maintenance is a plus.
