📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintenance.,Manage and update IT documentation and records.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network systems and troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of data security and backup procedures.,Familiarity with IT documentation and record-keeping.
