📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and ensure they are executed effectively.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving store performance and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
