📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage inventory and budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Plan and coordinate events and promotions to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a management role within the café or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of café operations, including food and beverage service, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
