📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement customer-centric strategies that align with business objectives.,Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of customer strategy initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on customer-related matters.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer strategy initiatives, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer strategy.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer strategy, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer strategy initiatives.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Certifications in customer strategy or related fields are a plus.
