PT Cendrawasih Maha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
