In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct quality inspections and tests to maintain product standards.,Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Identify and implement improvements to production processes and quality control methods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and maintain smooth operations.,Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in factory operations or quality control.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Familiarity with production processes and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
