In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our accounting software, QuickBooks, and ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accessible. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
• Support the finance team in financial reporting and analysis, providing data and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or tax roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
